PlanMyHolidays – Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings with PlanMyHolidays. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. No Customer-Initiated Refunds

All bookings made through our website or with our team are non-refundable. Once payment is made, customers are not eligible to request refunds, cancellations, or changes, unless otherwise stated in the specific package details or terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

2. Company-Initiated Refunds

Refunds will only be issued by PlanMyHolidays at our discretion in the following situations:

  • A service provider (such as an airline, hotel, or tour operator) cancels or fails to deliver the confirmed service.
  • PlanMyHolidays is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refund Process

  • In eligible cases, refunds will be initiated by PlanMyHolidays directly—customers cannot initiate refund requests.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Once a refund is processed, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Third-Party Supplier Policies

Some third-party suppliers (including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators) may have their own separate cancellation and refund policies. Where applicable, we will follow the supplier's policy and only issue refunds when we receive funds back from them. We recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions of your chosen package before booking.

5. Force Majeure

PlanMyHolidays shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation in the event of cancellations or delays caused by natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make our best efforts to assist with rebooking or alternative arrangements, but refunds are not guaranteed.
